Installation
Clone the repository, then link or copy only the required directories under skills/ into ~/.claude/skills/ or ~/.codex/skills/. In an agent that supports GitHub skill installation, provide the repository URL and explicitly name the skill or skills to install.
How to Use
Start with novel-analysis and project-development, then move through episode-writing, asset-preparation, image-prompt, storyboard, video-prompt, production, edit, and review. Inspect the preview and provide explicit confirmation before generation or batch production; retain the intermediate artifacts and final review gate.
Requirements
Requires Python 3.9+. Editing needs ffmpeg/ffprobe, with Remotion optional for subtitle rendering. Markdown artifacts stay in the project directory. When external generation adapters are enabled, scripts, prompts, images, video, or audio are sent to the selected model service; keep its API credentials in local configuration outside the project. Generation and batch runs require separate authorization.
